The 3738life Group organizes the third round of its Moscars Al-Hurria Film Festival at Heliopolis Library April 10 - 19.
Categories include: long films, short featured films, documentaries, animation, cartoons and video art. Submissions will be judged based on directing, cinematography, screenplay and acting according to public votes to identify the film award winners.
Interested filmmakers must submit their films either online or send in a DVD and film trailer. The films must have been produced after January 2010. If the film is not in English, it should be translated.
The deadline for submission is March 28.
