The International Short Films Festival, organized by the Kinoforum Cultural Association, is scheduled for August 22 - 30 in Sao Paulo.
The program is divided into three categories: international, Latin American and Brazilian films. Works under 35 minutes long iin any genre will be accepted.
This is not a competitive festival, but the public will evaluate production and partnerships will be fostered.
The submission deadline for films made in 2012 is March 31. The deadline for films produced in 2013 is May 31. If dialogues are not in English, Spanish or Portuguese, films must include subtitles in one of these languages.
